About Moving Touch

Nenette de Castro

Massage Therapist

I grew up in the Philippines, in the City of Marikina, but have been living in Sydney since 1995. And from a young age, I'd been able to palpate muscles, even alleviating the pain I experienced from a sprained wrist at the age of 9. This has led me to pursue the knowledge and healing qualities of massage; to encourage wellbeing by relieving stress and calming nerves.

How do I book?

There are 3 ways to book. Click on the Booking button, give me a call on 0468 788 910, or send an email to info@movingtouch.com.au.
What days are Moving Touch open?

Moving Touch are open Mondays to Fridays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm
What kind of massage therapy do you offer?

Whole body and relaxation massage
How do I get 10% off my booking?

Refer a friend. And when they get a massage, they get 10% off their first booking, and you get 10% off your next booking
Where can I have my massage?

You have the option of having the massage at your own place, but you are also welcome to come over to my cosy, comfortable, private room in North Ryde
What happens on my first visit?

You will be asked to fill out forms, including your medical history. We'll then discuss them and how you're currently feeling, then plan how the massage is to be carried out.

Can I bring my well behaved fur baby with me?

I have a golden retriever who would love the company, but they stay outside the therapy room
What mode of payment do you accept?

I take cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Eftpos
Do you do Health Fund rebates?

I am not a Provider Number holder, and as such cannot do rebates
When is Massage Therapy not ideal?
I cannot give you a massage if you have one of the following conditions:
- Fever
- Infectious/Contagious Diseases
- Blood Clots
- Pregnancy
- Kidney/Liver/Respiratory Issues
- Cancer
- Inflammation
- Uncontrolled Hypertension

I have had several massages here and I have to say that I had a great experience each time! Nenette was good at asking me what I needed and even better at “reading” the tension in my body.
